Castle Visit with Picnic Afternoon Tea Box for Two

We are delighted to offer a Package of tickets to tour the Castle and Egyptian Exhibition during our Spring Public Opening season in 2027, combined with a delightful Picnic Afternoon Tea Box.

This package includes two all day tickets for entry to the Castle, Egyptian Exhibition & Gardens and a Picnic Afternoon Tea Box which serves two people. Our Picnic Afternoon Tea and Admission Tickets Package costs £150.

You are welcome to arrive to explore the Castle at any time between 10:00am and 3:30pm. The Gardens are yours to enjoy at leisure. The Gift Shop and Gardens are open throughout the day. The Grounds close at 5:30pm.

You can collect your Picnic Box from any of our tea rooms between 12pm and 4pm.

Tours of the Castle are on a self-guided basis, with our knowledgeable guides available throughout to provide information and assistance.

In order to book, please choose a date on the selector below and the menu option for your Picnic Afternoon Tea Box. Included in your “Picnic Afternoon Tea for Two” is a selection of delicious cakes, scones and sandwiches, with a Half Bottle of Joseph Perrier Champagne, all served in a beautiful box.

We offer a Standard, Vegetarian or Gluten-Free menu. These menu options apply to the entire Picnic Box and we are unable to offer mixed menus within one box. 
Please note, we do not offer a Vegan menu, and we cannot guarantee that our products are either Dairy-Free or Nut-Free. For details of our menus, please click HERE.

Your tickets are sent by email at the end of the purchase.

Please do check your “junk folder” if these do not come through to you.

A copy of your tickets will also be left in your account on this website for you to view/print whenever you choose before you arrive.

Please note than neither dogs (guide dogs excepted), nor other animals nor picnics from home are allowed within the Grounds.
