A traditional craft brewed bitter made for Highclere Castle by a local brewery using water from its own bore hole which has been filtered through the chalky South Downs to produce a unique beer that is high in quality and flavour. A sweet and floral hop aroma with a light amber colour and a clean and refreshing bitterness.
